Yes, Tobi.com gift wraps for a $5 fee. At checkout on the “Delivery & Payment” page, select “Gift wrap this shipment.” A box will appear for you to include a message if you like. The recipient will receive an invoice with a Return/Exchange Form. The price of the item or order will not be listed.

We do not charge you twice. What you see as a “double charge” on your statement is called “pre-authorization”—a common bank practice in handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity.

When an order is placed, our system automatically authorizes your card for the purchase amount. Pre-authorization shows as a second charge, but it is actually a pending transaction that we do not debit from your account.

The authorization amount automatically clears once the purchase debit clears.

How long that takes depends on the issuer of your credit card.

If you need help expediting the process of clearing the pre-authorization you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

Jewelry Purchase

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned Final Sale item or items, the package will be returned to you, a Tobi Stylist will notify you via email, and you will not receive a refund.

INSURING your return packages to Tobi.com is highly recommended. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
